Oak is esteemed as a shamanic master plant, representing strength, wisdom, and spiritual endurance across many cultures.
With its expansive branches and sturdy trunk, the oak tree serves as a link between the earthly and spiritual worlds. We turn to it for grounding and to connect with ancestral energies. The Oak's longevity and resilience inspire us on our path to self-discovery and transformation.
The acorn, symbolising potential and growth, is revered as a sacred seed of wisdom. Embracing this symbolism, we are guided through personal growth, healing, and the uncovering of hidden knowledge.
The Oak's connection to druidic traditions further solidifies its status as a shamanic master plant. It is believed to provide insights into the natural cycles, helping us harmonise with the rhythms of the universe.
Engaging with the Oak spirit can bring profound revelations, enhance intuitive abilities, and increase awareness of our connection to the web of life.
As a keeper of ancient wisdom and a bridge to the divine, Oak remains an essential and powerful tool for expanding our consciousness and exploring the mysteries of existence.

Set & Setting
Set & Setting are commonly discussed with plant medicines.
The set is your mindset and headspace, while the setting is your external environment. It’s essential that both things are intentionally aligned when using any plant medicine.
Before sitting with these sacred medicines, you should have an intention in mind (and heart). It might be to clear your mind, answer a question you’ve been asking, or deepen your meditative state.
In addition to set, you should be in a setting that is a quiet and sacred space. The energy surrounding the use of the plant medicine should have the feeling of ritual and intentionality.
